After you download an Activity from RBR you should have a file with the extension 'rbr', if you have already installed Athena then simply double click the file and it will be installed into TS12 for you automatically. If all assets and dependencies are present you should see a message similar to the sample screenshot.

<<<--blah-->>>

If some assets need to be installed you will see a message like;

<<<--blah-->>>

Open CMP and select the 'Today' tab you should then see the Activity listed. If there is a problem with assets the missing or error icon will be shown;

If you see the red indicator you need to refer to the <<<Faulty Asset FAQ entry.>>>

For the yellow indicator right click on the asset and select 'Download' if the assets are on the DLS they should be queued for you to download.

If instead of the yellow indicator you see the red/yellow exclamation mark refer to the Faulty Asset FAQ entry you may need to raise the issue for resolution.

Some assets may cause the icon to be red which indicates that there is an asset error, normally we try to avoid assets that report issues but as the downloads can be updated you may find one listed a being in an error state. You will need to ask the author of the asset to repair it, the Activity may still work even if it reports an error but that is not always the case. For more help see the Faulty Asset FAQ entry.

If after installation of an Activity you have asset errors, including the Activity crashes please follow the resolution procedures listed below.

  • Check Activity installed properly
    • Ensure that you followed the Activity Installation instructions.
  • If there are missing dependencies you need to install them (see the previous step)
  • If some of the assets are showing as having errors they may need updating see the Content Updates Instructions
  • If you still have errors rebuild the TAD see the Rebuilding TAD Instructions.
