Generally you will have errors or not be able to access the MC2 map if after installation of the RBR distribution file (or the official installer version) you have forgotten to load TS12 with the serial number. Double click the TS12 icon on your desktop, select 'Options' then the 'General' tab and add the MC2 serial number issued when you bought MC2 into the 'CD Key' option and click 'OK' all should then be working properly.
