Generally if you install a new Activity and it fails to load or crashes without a message advising you of the cause it is an asset issue. Depending on your setup it can be quite frustrating to resolve. But here is the list of things you should do before asking for help.
If you are still stuck post a message in the Support Topic for the Activity do not start a new topic generally all support is provided via the Support Topic you can see the link for the topic on the page where your downloaded the Activity (RBR).
